Operating a product teaches what building one does not
A project ends at handover. A product does not — you find out what breaks at 2am, which shortcuts cost you later, and how much of a system’s real cost arrives after launch. That is the experience we bring to custom builds, and it is the reason we argue for boring, maintainable decisions more often than not.
